Chocolate-Vanilla Swirl Cheescake

I made this and took it to my husband's company party and it was a HUGE hit! It was very yummy! Enjoy!

Chocolate-Vanilla Swirl Cheesecake

20 Oreo cookies, crushed (about 2 cups)
3 Tbl butter, melted
4 pkgs (8 oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
6 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix crumbs and butter, press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each just until blended. Remove 1 cup batter; set aside. Stir chocolate into remaining batter; pour over crust. Top with spoonfuls of reserved batter; swirl with knife.
Bake 40 mionutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refergerate 4 hours (however it tastes better the next day).
Garnish with chocolate curls just before serving if you would like.

This sounds so good! But I'm a sucker for anything cheesecake or chocolate, and especially when combined together! Mmmm...
