Shepherd’s Pie

1 pound ground beef OR turkey

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cans cream of mushroom soup

2 14 ½-ounce cans green beans, drained

10 servings mashed potatoes

cheese


Brown meat and onions. Drain meat if necessary. Add soup to meat mixture. Layer meat and green beans in a 9*13 sprayed casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
